ON TIME operates play-ontime.net. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Account information including your username, name, email, sign-in identifier, optional public bio and photo, and sign-in session. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides basic profile information.
Challenge activity including game points, entries, assigned timestamps, check-ins, results, and free promotion redemptions.
Lounge messages, reports, and player safety preferences when you use those features.
Device, browser, network, and usage information needed to run and protect the service, including reCAPTCHA checks during check-in.
Push notification subscriptions when you opt in. You can turn off notifications in your device or browser settings.

To prevent cheating, review reports, and protect players and game integrity

What Other Players Can See

Your display name, optional profile photo and bio, challenge participation and results, and messages you post in the Lounge can be visible to other ON TIME players. Your email address, sign-in details, personal promotion codes, and push subscription are not shown on player profiles.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use Google for optional sign-in and reCAPTCHA checks, and service providers for hosting, storage, account email, and requested push notifications. Those services receive only the information needed to provide their functions.

Data Retention

Account and game data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account in Profile or request deletion without the app from our account deletion page.

When an in-app deletion succeeds, account-linked data is removed from the active app. Shared challenge records without your account details may remain. We keep a one-way digest of the deleted account ID indefinitely only to prevent older history archives from reactivating the account; it cannot be used to sign in. Previously exported history files and copies in backups or service-provider logs may persist until removed or their normal retention periods end, or longer only where required for security or legal obligations.
